We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the service or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of NEXHAHA after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

NEXHAHA is a streaming platform that provides access to AI-generated films and series. We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

To access certain features of NEXHAHA, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to disable any user account if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

Access to NEXHAHA content requires a paid subscription. By subscribing to NEXHAHA, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the then-current rate, which may change from time to time.

Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal date. Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

All content on NEXHAHA, including but not limited to AI-generated films, series, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NEXHAHA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access and view NEXHAHA content for your personal, non-commercial use solely as permitted under these Terms.

You may not download (other than through page caching necessary for personal use), modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any content or other information contained on or obtained from NEXHAHA without our express written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to circumvent any technological measure implemented by NEXHAHA to protect the service or content
• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process, or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems through NEXHAHA
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use your account

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NEXHAHA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXHAHA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, using the Turkish language.
